I don't know if it does (because I only use the portable version), but I 
would think that MLO notifications should be managed by the global 
notification settings in Windows 10. If it is (and if not, then this is a 
feature request!), you can manually disable and re-enable notifications 
using the "Focus Assist" button in the Windows Notifications panel. Full
