I'm not quite sure why that is happening for you, Michel. Just to confirm: 
the move function (for me the hotkey is Alt-Shift-M) displays the 
folder-only view perfectly in my copy of MLO. I'm using a beta of the 
portable version of MLO (but the fact that it's a beta should have no 
effect, as I don't think that Andrey has been doing anything to change the 
move functionality).

Maybe you should start by trying to download and run a fresh copy of the 
portable version, to see if the filtered move window works for you in that? 
Alternatively, you might need MLO support to take a look at your log files, 
to see if they can identify or replicate the problem.
