Just trying to remember - That was a reply I wrote a few months back!

I think I was saying that the "current situation", where not all of the 
contexts are listed, is a bug report, but that the idea of introducing a 
mixed state in the context checkboxes sounded like a feature request. 
Doesn't really matter - As long as it's brought to the beta and developer's 
attention, it all gets reviewed.
