Please create new local profiles on Android and iOS and connect them to your current Cloud file which is connected to the PC tasks. Follow the instructions:
*In MLO-Windows, double-check what your current Cloud file is:* menu Synchronization -> Configuration -> MLO Cloud *On Android:* 1. Create a new blank profile: open menu->Scroll to bottom->Tap the current profile->Tap "new profile"-> enter the new profile name. 2. Connect it to your Cloud file which is connected to your PC tasks: - open Settings-> Synchronization-> MLO Cloud - enable Cloud Pairing-> Enter your Cloud login credentials-> Tap 'Test connection' to initiate the account verification. - Select the Cloud file - Tap "Sync". *On iOS (same as on Android):* 1. Create a new blank profile: open menu->Scroll to bottom->Tap the current profile->Tap "new profile"-> enter the new profile name. 2. Connect it to your Cloud file: - open Settings-> Synchronization-> MLO Cloud - Enter your Cloud login credentials-> Tap 'Test connection' to initiate the account verification. - Select the Cloud file which is connected to your PC tasks - Tap "Sync". Done. If the issue still persists, please send the logs to [email protected]: MLO on Windows: Tools- >Options- >Troubleshooting- >Export Logs- >Send a received archive to MLO support.
