Actually, you can swipe to the right *anywhere on the screen*. I never 
really bother about the hamburger. You can see the main screen as a "sheet" 
that you slide to the right. I personally find this screen behaviour much 
more useful then trying to aim a a minimal part of the screen.

- Swipe right to access list of outlines
- Swipe to the left to access selected task details
