I want to record my work on a weekly basis of what I did, so i can review it in the future. i have 20 phone calls a week, and in most cases, they are to be reviewed 3 months in the future. the ones with immediate action items i am managing through MLO. Im looking for non techincal advice on how people use MLO to record their weeks work, whether or not there are action items associated with the work.
