Thanks everyone! That helped a lot. Weird process - considering there is no manual for this.
One thing that confused the heck out me, and I am still not sure if its a bug or a feature, is if you have an existing rule selected, say at the end of the list, and click on 'add sub-rule' that it basically deletes the rule you have selected, and starts a blank one for sub-rules.... Similarly, you cannot start with nothing, or no rule selected, and click on 'add sub-rule'. When I do, nothing happens. I have to first New Rule, and then with that selected, 'add sub-rule' What I did like is that you can drag and drop rules, which makes playing with the filter until it works handy.
