I vote for this feature also, the sidebar has a switch 'all open'/ 'all 
closed', but I still struggle with screen real-estate (the note visible at 
the top right and the properties sections stacked beneath - when I have a 
few open they crowd out the note). 

It would be useful for each property section to expand one at a time i.e. 
the others would remain closed, and per OP the crucial difference being 
that the opening of a section would close the previous one. This wouldn't 
detract from the existing switches, but be a third option. 

Currently, one has to click to close one section then another click again 
to open the next - with 6(?) properties sections that's a lot of clicking 
to input a single task...
