Hello rexcomm, If you want something you can both access at all times, then you'll definitely need something with a Cloud-based file, so that means having to pay a subscription. Having said that, I think the MLO Cloud subscription is only about the price of a coffee, once per month. Other than that, I haven't tried sharing a file between so many devices, so I'll leave it to others to reply with their experiences.
