Tasks that other important tasks dependent on should see their 
Computed-score go up. it makes no sense to me that this is not the case.

What is the meaningful difference between a parent-child relationship and a 
dependency relationship. Same logic. Let's take an extreme example: Task 
"Finish your homework" is waited on by task "Get a career! *importance up 
the roof*" AND on task "Help your friends with the same homework *not that 
important*". I would set up a dependency relationship to both these tasks, 
expecting the *highest* Computed-score of the two to be reflected in the 
task (since it is essentially a common subtask to both projects). What else 
would dependency be used for if not to get advance multiple projects 
working on the same task? Computed-score needs to take depndency 
relationship into account!
