I've tried playing with xml exports of task lists, which would give access to view the text tags, but don't know enough to be able to set up an XLS template to format my exported information.
Regarding tracking tasks I've assigned to other individuals, I tend to type the name, with a hashtag, at the top of the task note. The search and filter functions are great at listing out the tasks assigned to a particular person, if I want to filter the list when I'm in a conversation with one of the assignees. When I'm waiting for information from that person, I set the Context to "?waiting for". I hope that thought's useful for setting up your system using the various fields we currently have with MLO.
