I may have customised my ToDo view a little, but these are the settings I have: Show Actions: Active Show Hierarchy: No (obviously!) Show Completed: Recent (hides all completed tasks older than 3 days - I'm sure that's one of my customisations)
Group by: (I've actually customised my view to group tasks by Context, so I have all my @Errands together, then another group of everything I need to do @Office).
