MLO is a personal task manager. Some users have set up a shared file with 
one other person (usually a spouse), which works. I've exported to Excel 
xml before, but Excel guesses the formatting and it doesn't come out very 
useful. I've always had on my "someday/maybe" task list the idea of 
learning xsl formatting, so I can find out how to create a style sheet to 
present exported outlines in a format which works for me. (That's another 
feature which an old task management app called Bonsai had built in, which 
I'd love to see replicated in MLO).
