Show group name not working for effort, importance, urgency.... and maybe others.
It's working for the fields, where it's not really that necessary - i.e. when grouping by parent, tag etc. - I don't need it to show group name, as it is obvious, what the grouping field is. However with effort, importance, urgency.... it's not possible to know, what the grouping field is, all all those fields share the same values. Therefore it is necessary to show group name to understand the grouping.
