Hello, I was wondering how one would manage task priority inside MLO when it comes to workload. Does the computed-score take workload/time required into consideration and if not, what's a good workaround?
User case (reductio): A) very easy task which takes minimal time and effort *due tonight* VS B) very heavy task that requires hours of planning *due in 2 days*. Obvisously, task B needs to be taken care of asap as I would run out of time if I wait too long even though task A is more urgent on paper. It's quite obvious that the solution has nothing to do with *urgency *or *importance*. *Time required *(aka workload) makes more sense as a parameter. P.S. Ideally one would develop a system whereby projects are always reduced to atomic units (small tasks) which would approximately be on the same level in terms of workload/time required so I wouldn't have the problem of prioritizing based on this additional parameter in the first place. I hope it makes sense. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you guys might have!
