Hi!
I've been using MLO for a while now and I have to say that's nothing better
out there... as a simple GTD-oriented checklist. I've tried, and using,
Notion and Clickup but they just don't stand the lightness and simplicity
of MLO.
BUT. There ARE a few features that are simply missing to make MLO my one
and only to-do system. Currently I can't use MLO at all to manage my
mid-long term vision, break into steps and have an overview over it.
1 - Custom Goal dates and tracking. What if I want to track my 5 workouts
per week for 3 months? Or, donate ##€ in 1 year starting May? How about a
12-week-year system starting in June? Well, I think you got it.
2 - Multiple tags. There's no need of stars, flags, text tags or more of
that, just "add property for one-choice custom tag" (as flags currently)
and "add property for multiple tags (as context currently). Like in Notion
or Clickup.
3 - optional - better note/archive system. Would love to have a journal, be
a personal or fitness/music/research jurnal. (a fitness journal linked with
tasks and goals?... science fiction?...)
There we have The perfect GTD system in my opinion.
Thank you
Francesco
