I'm on the fence about dashboards, main reason is that maybe 90% of my MLO time is on my phone where there are no dashboards and besides, it wouldn't fit.
But you have to consider marketability. It's important to meet the needs of your customer base but there's not a whole lot of new revenue there. Features that bring in new sales are critical.
