adding to feature requests related to auto-X..:
both are mutually exclusive..
- auto-zoom: if active: the task with the earliest start-date is kept on 
the left border, task with the latest end-date is kept on the right border 
- all the rest is automagically zoomed accordingly
- auto-focus: if active: with the setting of the intervall-size. the task 
in focus in the reference-non-gantt-view is used to keep the same task in 
the center of the gantt-view.

then the feature would be complete.
