I am a former MLO user who returned to the fold after trying MLO 6.
I resubscribed and took a 1 year subscription to MLO Cloud. When I try to 
login under Synchronization I am told the account is expired. When I try to 
login using the activation code that I just purchased it tells me my 
account is expired. 
How can I wipeout my old account and start over or otherwise recover?
