On mobile, you can create up to 3 profiles in the free version. Open main menu-> Scroll to bottom-> Tap the current profile-> Tap "new profile".
There's no file-level compatibility between platforms, that's why synchronization <https://www.mylifeorganized.net/support/sync-methods-which-one-to-choose/>(via Cloud or wi-fi) is required if you need to transfer data from desktop to mobile.
