IMHO it is not about MLO :) - as MLO can implement anything based on the
core principles of the implementation.

It is rather about the way of flow you are having or planning.
Better input would be good books around this topic - some below.
In terms of conrete actionable stuff to then transfer to MLO i like Brian
Tracy and David Allen most.

*How to execute*

   - Brendon Burchard: High Performance Habits
   - Brian Tracy: Just shut up and do it
   - David Allen: Getting things done, Making it all work
   - J.D. Meier: Getting results the agile way

*More general topics*

   - Charles F. Haanel: Master Key System:
   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Master_Key_System
   - Nir Eyal: Indistractable
   - Richard Bandler: Thinking on purpose
   - Zig Ziglar: Success for dummies

Hope that helps as a starter.
Happy to discuss in person ;).

Cheers -Alexander
