Hello 小潘 and everyone,

I've been experiencing the exact same issue as 小潘 described. After 
upgrading to MLO 6 on Windows and renewing my MLO Cloud subscription, the 
sync process started to fail. Just like 小潘, my Windows software doesn't 
sync, even though I can access the MLO Cloud website directly through a 
browser without any problems.

Here are some details from my situation that might be relevant:

   1. 
   
   *Environment*:
   - I am using MLO 6 on a Windows PC.
      - My MLO Cloud account is active and recently renewed.
   2. 
   
   *Issue Description*:
   - The synchronization was working fine until I renewed my subscription 
      to MLO Cloud.
      - The error began immediately after entering the new activation code.
      - The sync works perfectly on my two Android devices and on the MLO 
      Cloud website, but not on the Windows app.
   3. 
   
   *Troubleshooting Steps Taken*:
   - I have verified that there are no network issues: the internet 
      connection is stable, the software is allowed through the Windows 
firewall, 
      and there is no active antivirus or proxy interfering.
      - I also restarted the sync configuration, but to no avail.
   4. 
   
   *Observations*:
   - The last successful sync happened 18 days ago, just before the renewal 
      of my subscription, suggesting that the issue might be linked to the 
      renewal process itself.
   
I have attached screenshots showing the sync logs and the error messages. 
If anyone else has faced this issue or has suggestions, I'd appreciate your 
insights. And 小潘, you're not alone in this! It seems like it might be a 
broader issue affecting several users.

Looking forward to hearing if anyone has found a solution or if the support 
team provides any new information.
