Agreed that MLO is the best in his class. However I feel they have been passing-by tons of money by not having yet a multi-user approach. You don't realize how many small organizations would benefit from this as they don't have the money and resources to dive with Salesforce, SAP or else. Having a to-do on steroids is often all they need but the lack of efficient dependency management and template by many makes it less efficient with current multi-users apps. Why would someone build a project structure on every sales? Why would receivables call the client for payment if the service was not rendered? etc...
