hmm. it stays disabled for me. I did a quick test, so not sure if
something else is at play.

(same if I try to uncheck Shift, Ctrl modifiers or the hotkey itself)
looks like a bug.
before reporting it as such, could anybody kindly check this on their
desktop, pls?
