We do actively support MLO and respond to all inquiries sent to our official support channel at [email protected]. That’s where functionality questions, bug reports, and account-related issues get the fastest response from the team. This forum is more of a community space, so responses here may be slower and are often from other users sharing their experiences. That said, we do monitor the forum and jump in when needed - including here 🙂 If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask them here or email us directly.
