Thanks a lot for the response. I managed to make the connector perform a bit
faster :).
Now that my connector is finished... could you please be so kind to explain the
steps required to make it available to the world?
Of course, my list of questions does not stop here... I have several more:
1) I intend to offer it free of charge, but, nevertheless, are there any
licenses that I need to be aware of and include?
2) I also noticed that all connectors have a "-feature.jar" archive that they
provide... could you please, explain the purpose of it?
3) Do I need a special setup for my "update site"? My understanding is that i
need to provide a link from where Eclipse can download those three jar files,
right?
4) What are the requirements that my connector should meet in order to be
listed alongside tasktop's and hosted on eclipse's update site?[ I see very few
connectors in that list... :) ].
I think these are all the questions I have for now. I highly appreciate your
response(s) [the plural is for all the emails that you guys replied to over the
years :) ].
