Hi, we recently migrated the mylyn.org test infrastructure to a new server with a different IP (91.250.96.45). We are currently in the process of getting the DNS entries updated. Please note that nightly/integration tests will fail until that's resolved.
As part of that we have also transitioned the provisioning of test repositories to be driven by Puppet: 386344: put files required for managing Trac, Bugzilla, Hudson, Jenkins and Gerrit instances under version control https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=386344 This is still work in progress and some of the test suites (Trac, Gerrit) haven't been fully migrated which will also causes temporary test failures.
