Update of bug #14372 (project mypaint):
Summary: When starting MyPain while moving the pen, the
program crashes and fails to start. => [Windows] crash when moving the pen
during startup

Follow-up Comment #1:
Probably a GTK bug with tablet support on Windows. Since it's probably only
happening on Windows chances are low that somebody cares enough to fix it
properly.
Workaround attempt included in latest git version, please test if you can;
there is a chance that it doesn't help.
