Details:
When trying to open a *malformed* image (I tried it with a PNG), you get a
"programming error" popup saying that a (non-fatal) bug was detected and that
the devs should ideally be contacted. In the shell output it is however clear
that the error is due to the bad PNG file.
Since this is not an internal mypaint error, the programming-error popup is
not only un-informative, it's plain misleading.
