Details:

Per bug 14947 comment 6, I think that we could get away with using the GTK
selection fg+bg for selected brush groups in the "tag cloud" widget. It might
make things more comfortable for new users since underlines aren't really a
widely-used convention for "selected".

Patch to dbee2a05 attached.

I've added prelights and a menu-active state, and increased the margins and
leading a bit to make things more comfortable typographically. Having the
current item visible under the menu gives the user another clue about *what*
they're deleting or renaming once they're two dialogs into the process, which
is probably a good idea. And prelighting stuff just makes the area look a bit
more clickable.
