Follow-up Comment #18, bug #14372 (project mypaint):
Just want to note that this problem will reappear if using GTK 2.18 runtime
(also in 2.19)
It even worse, on unpatched MyPaint it will freeze immediately once pen
engaged. On patched MyPaint, it will throw "assertion failed" dialog
immediately when pen engaged. Not just at startup
BTW GTK 2.18 is dubbed as the worst gtk for windows anyway. At least gtkmm
website give a warning.
