Follow-up Comment #8, bug #15476 (project mypaint):
Just to clarify: changing to autoconfigured devices fixed the GIMP ruler
issue, which is why that bug is now closed. However, this behaviour is still
present in MyPaint, which leads me to believe there is a bug either in
MyPaint itself, or in PyGTK, which only triggers in rare conditions.
Xf86-input-wacom-git seems to make no difference one way or the other VS
linuxwacom.
