Follow-up Comment #1:
I can confirm there are some "unwanted line" issues with CTRL color picking
(personally I hold "R" without applying pressure).
I can also confirm the little pointer above the cursor for a split-second.
Does the unwanted line always come from / go to this location above, or is it
just a guess that the two are related?
Here is a more easy to reproduce bug:
1) Press Ctrl in the middle of a stroke (this pauses stroking)
2) While still holding Ctrl, release pressure and click
3) Within less than 5 seconds, move to a part with different color
4) Release Ctrl and Pressure. Watch an unwanted stroke appear.
Could this be the exact bug that is causing your problem?
