Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15135 (project mypaint):
I think the actual behavior is good.
This proposition allow the user to paint at the place he just picked the
color . Painting after releasing CTRL , mean painting at the x and y position
where the color get previously picked, right? or I'm wrong. If it's the case
as I imagine now, I think it's not useful.
