Details:
Ideally, mypaint would startup with the brush and brushgroup selected as it
was after the last quit. (The portnov branch has this feature and it was
highly comfortable to use.)
Before, the upper left brush used to be selected. In current git, the
all-default brush is selected. At least this has to be fixed before 0.9,
since the all-default brush is very ugly.
