Setting: Metacity, Intuos3, Xorg 1.7.7.
When painting over the window border, mypaint reports two device changes
(pen-->mouse and back). When this happens, any brush settings that you might
just have changed get reverted back in the GUI (sliders jump back). However
the brush is still using the same values.
And with a speed-sensitive brush, crossing the window border causes a visible
glitch in the stroke. This happens only when moving out of the drawing area,
not when moving back.
