Follow-up Comment #3, bug #16278 (project mypaint):
I guess that's the unpatched Windows version with broken exception reporting.
You would have to use the fix that I have attached to other Windows related
bugreports, to get an exception dialog working.
Anyway, you say you can reproduce the problem? Do you get the error every
time you save now, or what do you have to do?
