Follow-up Comment #2, bug #16718 (project mypaint):
What is "the primary button" that you want to do panning? You mean the
two-sided button on the stylus, the side that is closer to the tip?
I fear there is a difference between Linux and Windows here. In Linux, that
side /is/ panning, and the far side is color history. It's the other way
around in Windows, right?
