Details:
I have a monitor with 1950x1680 resolution, and have been using the
application on that. One day, I started the application on my Laptop screen
with 1280x800 resolution, and Brushes window would not show up, because it
was displaying at a location beyond the screen region. The application should
check if the area is displayed before showing the toolbox at the remembered
location.
