Details:
Currently windows which are initially docked into the sidebar are snapped out
correctly when the "snap out" button is pressed, but if they haven't been
mapped before in this session, their position defaults to (0, 0). This is
particularly unhelpful given that the sidebar is on the left.
What's a good initial position for the snapped out window in this situation?
It might be best to have the position default to something near the initial
on-screen position of the docked tool, but slightly to the left (right) of it.
