Details:
If you closed MyPaint when 'Lock Alpha' was the active brush mode, upon
restart, it cannot be gotten rid of until you pick another brush.
Test case:
1. Scribble a blob
2. Enable Lock-Alpha and add some shading
3. Quit, and start MyPaint again.
If you try to manually adjust the 'lock alpha' parameter in Brush settings,
it appears to work but doesn't actually (it bounces back after eg. toggling
Eraser mode -- so you end up with Lock Alpha=1 and Erase = 1, which does
exactly nothing)
I suspect this bug is related to what MyPaint considers the 'normal' state of
a brush.
