Details:

MyPaint doesn't start if settings.conf is empty. Instead if prints a message
stating that "No JSON could be decoded" (or something like that - in
application.py, line 177).

It can easily be worked aroung by editing settings.conf (i just put an empty
object {}).

My understanding is that an error occured while closing the previous MyPaint
session: when i closed it, my disk was full (0 byte left) and the settings
files couldnot be overwritten.

This problem doesn't seem to affect the other conf files (empty files seem to
be handled correctly).
