Details:
It would be nice if MyPaint allowed the user to group layers together for
organisation and the state of layers within a group.
Some examples of use:
* Keeping complex images organised by grouping related layers together.
* Improving usability by allowing groups to be collapsed and expanded as
needed.
* Increasing efficiency when changing the visibility or lock state of
multiple layers at once.
Probably can't be implemented properly without drag-drop layer ordering
