Details:
The two windows appear over each other by default, and appear by default.
Steps to reproduce:
* Run Metacity (or some other normal non-tiling WM)
* Blow away your ~/.mypaint/settings.json! (or move it to one side)
* Start MyPaint.
IMO neither of these two windows should be visible on by default. They
certainly shouldn't appear at the same location on screen.
