Details:
The user should be able to choose which tools are visible on the toolbar
somehow. One possibility is to implement a right-button menu which uses
GtkUIManager's merge/demerge ability, plus a boolean-valued prefs hash as seen
elsewhere.
In essence, any simple GtkAction with a stock icon and text can appear there.
Since users have different screen sizes and tastes, we should allow them to
pick and choose extra pieces to be visible in their toolbar.
(Note: to allow additional toolbars to be added later if we need them, the
toolbar widget name should be stored as part of the prefs key.)
