Thanks for the information. This means this is the same issue as bug #17568,
marking as duplicate.
The issue is likely provoking by the fact that we only provide 32bit
executable on Windows, not 64bit. In 32bit addressing space a single process
will be limited to 2 or 3GB memory, regardless of the amount of physical
memory.
If anyone think that the lack of 64 bit support on Windows is a problem,
please file a separate bug for that.
