Merged layer blending modes to master from sigetch's "mypaint-anime" branch:

test and it seems to work quite nicely - and hopefully correctly. Uses a
subset of the SVG-spec-defined blend modes mentioned in the OpenRaster spec,
and the stack XML looks sound.
