Details:
Several times, I lost a project because I saved a multilayer drawing into a
flat file format like JPEG.
In my case, I started my project by opening a JPEG photo. I added several
layers, made a drawing during several hours and I saved it and closed MyPaint
: all my work was lost as the file was saved in a flat JPEG file (with the
photo as the top layer...).
Several programs like OpenOffice warns when a projet is saved in a file
format which loose information. It would be useful to have the same behaviour
with MyPaint.
