Details:
1. Activate color picker with the R key, then release R key
2. Repeat step one
3. Cursor is now "locked" in color picker mode and is now completely useless,
even if MyPaint is not focused, and is only released when MyPaint is killed.
Notes:
*It doesn't matter if it's activated twice in a row or if the user paints for
a while between uses.
*All MyPaint hotkeys stop working, and attempts to Alt-F4 kill program with
unsaved progress will result in the usual confirmation dialog box, however
user will be unable to select a choice either with the mouse or keyboard.
*Pressing R again does nothing, however Ctrl+R (or Ctrl+some other hotkey)
will stop the picker from picking. Everything is still locked in Color Picker
mode, and holding Ctrl or Alt acts just like Ctrl+Click even if you don't
actually click.
*Uninstalling and reinstalling MyPaint did not fix this.
*Nothing unusual outputs in terminal when this happens.
Attached are readouts from the Input Device Test. For some reason, it outputs
my R keypresses differently depending on whether or not I lay a stroke AFTER
the test is started, though results are the same.
