This may or may not be a bug. It doesn't bother me that much personally, but I
thought I should report it just-in-case.
When you have the view rotated at certain angles, you can't make vertical or
horizontal lines using the angle snap (shift), as the angle snap is based on
the image, not the view.
If you have the image rotated, the angle snap rotates along with the image.
This means that if you want to make a perfectly horizontal line while the
image is rotated, you have to find another way.
I can see why this would be useful, but someone might need to make horizontal
lines regardless of the image rotation. Maybe an option to toggle between
"absolute angle snapping" and "relative angle snapping" should be made?
Maybe that doesn't make sense. Check the attachment for an example.
